• All contract terms for services are a minimum of 12 months unless stated otherwise. This excludes the tier services, which require one upfront payment followed by 12 monthly payments, totaling 13 months.

• Mobile plans operate on a 30-day rolling basis but must be held for at least three (3) months to avoid an administrative charge equivalent to the monthly contract fee.

• Monthly services are subject to a 12-month contract. If you are dissatisfied with the service or no longer require it, an amendment can be discussed with the Director of ComputerComputerComputer.com Limited.

• Early termination charges may apply, and all associated licences must be paid in full prior to cancellation.

4. Payments and Billing

• All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms and invoices.

• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

• We are not responsible for third-party payment processing delays.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations for services must be requested in writing via email

• Refunds are subject to supplier/vendor policies and are not guaranteed.

• Any refund will be processed within 14 working days, subject to approval.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services or products.
