  • We offer free shipping for most orders unless stated otherwise or if prior configuration is required.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

  • During peak periods, delivery times may extend up to 7 business days.

  • If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email with a revised delivery estimate.

  • Orders are not accepted until you receive a dispatch confirmation. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 3-5 working days to process.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on postal service conditions.

Returns

Standard Returns Policy

  • You have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place it online up to 14 days from receiving your goods.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at hello@computercomputercomputer.com within this period.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item before a refund is processed.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. We may request photographs for verification.

  • All returns must be in their original packaging and must not be damaged for a return to be accepted.

  • Refunds take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.


Returns Policy for Mobile Plans & Monthly Services

  • Mobile plans are subject to a minimum 3-month commitment if on a rolling 30-day plan. Early termination within this period may incur an admin charge equivalent to the monthly contract fee.

  • Monthly services and tiered services are subject to a 12-month contract unless otherwise specified.

  • Tiered services require one upfront payment followed by 12 monthly payments, totalling 13 months.

  • If you are unhappy with a service or no longer require it, an amendment can be discussed with the Director of ComputerComputerComputer.com Limited.

  • Early termination fees may apply, and all licences must be paid in full prior to cancellation.
